Meet The Founders
Sympatico Healthcare Solutions (SHS) founded by Nancy Postle, Mary Doku and Sam Shamansky was formed with the goal of creating a team that had the resources and personnel to provide quality home health care to address all of a patient’s needs and therefore promote safety, well-being, and comfort.
Nancy Postle, Director of Business Development and Community Relations
Nancy has over 30 years working in the business community in Columbus, Ohio. She has served management roles in business development and human resources and the founder and CEO of her own company for the past 11 years. Nancy’s business acumen continues to drive both business development and care performance levels to new heights for our agency. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, she attended Upper Arlington High School and The Ohio State University.
Mary Doku, Director of Human Resources
Mary Doku has been actively involved in the health care industry for approximately a decade. She holds degrees in Business Administration from the University of Ghana-Accra/West Africa and Hospitality Management from the London Metropolitan University – England.
Mary’s mother was a registered nurse In Ghana who taught her the value and importance of caring for others. Mary’s passion for and commitment to the health and well-being of her patients defines her role as Operating Officer of Sympatico Healthcare Solutions.
Sam Shamansky, Director of Compliance
As Chief Compliance Officer, Sam is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout our organization are effective and efficient. Sam is a life-long resident of Bexley, Ohio and has been practicing law for over 30 years. He graduated from Bexley High School, The Ohio State University and Capital Law School.
